Style and Body Academy

The Style and Body Academy workshop to be held @ The Blue Haven Kinsale, Saturday 22nd of November. A full day course that includes the best advice in Fashion Tips, Relationships, hair and make up. With high emphasis on health and nutrition, the course will otline also advice on food, exercise and personal goals.

Karl Henry from Operation Transformations and works with clients who are willing to work hard to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Paula Callan- O’Keefe celebrated make up artist working with supermodels.
Only 70 places are available for this exclusive day. Costs are €100 per person and includes healthy nutritious lunch, and then to finish off a glass of sparkling wine in the Blue Haven.
